THE Kwara state Government has bemoaned the death on Sunday, March 16, 2025 of Professor Rasheed Jimoh Ijaodola SAN who until his death, the Dean Oba Erediauwa College of Law Igbinedion University Okada, Edo state.
According to the state Governor, Mallam AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq in a statement issued yesterday in Ilorin by his Chief Press Secretary Mallam Rafiu Ajakaye Prof Ijaodola was a great treasure not only to Kwara government but the entire nation as an entity.
AbdulRazaq said he was saddened by the death of the legal luminary and statesman, noting that his exploits would be etched in the good book of humanity.
The Governor added, “Professor Ijaodola, a national treasure, led a salutary life of service to fatherland, the community, and his people, earning him the respect of all and sundry.”
AbdulRazaq sent his heartfelt condolences to the family , friends and associates of the Offa, Kwara state born legal giant, as well as the entire Offa community and His Royal Highness Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II.
He prayed God to accept the soul of Professor Ijaodola, at His bossom.
