Many Followers Of Senator Ajadi, Decamp To Gov. AbdulRazaq’s Side Of The APC

SOME former followers of a former Governorship candidate in Kwara state, Senator Makanjuola Ajadi have declared their support for Governor AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq.

The group, numbering over 500 under the aegis of AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq Grassroots Solidarity Group, Share District, Ifelodun Local Government Area LGA) of Kwara state said their decision to shift their allegiance to AbdulRazaq was due to his pragmatic leadership style.

A prominent member of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara Ibrahim Lawal praised the Governor for his responsive policies on health and road construction. He believed that the breakthroughs of the Governor in those areas and in many others would continue to endear him to the people of the state.

Lawal promised to accommodate more members who are at the brink of joining the APC at the district believing that the large membership would spur the Governor into bringing more infrastructure into the area.

At Babanloma a sleepy town in the LGA venue of the event, many residents trooped out in their numbers, chanting the praises of the APC and the Governor.

One of those who decamped Chief Ibrahim Ajakore justified their action citing the growth of the town and her people under the leadership of the party and the Governor.
